For a long time, Andy’s life was like watching a movie on repeat. She fought, she healed, she outlived everyone. Ever feel like you’ve done the same Tuesday a thousand times? That was her every century. She wasn't living; she was just… persisting.
But here’s the twist: her immortality had a weird trigger. It wasn’t a birthright. It was a connection to a mystical object, a bracelet or something like that. Think of it as a Wi-Fi signal to eternal life. As long as the signal was strong, she was golden.
The Moment the Signal Died
So, what knocked the signal out? It wasn’t a sword or a poison. It was a choice. Andy finally decided to let go of the thing that gave her the power. She literally handed it over to someone else. Imagine giving away the remote to your favorite streaming service—and suddenly your TV goes black.
That’s exactly what happened. By passing the object to a new person, she severed the connection. It’s like unplugging a Christmas tree: the lights stay on for a moment, then they flicker and go dark. But wait—didn't she want to live forever? Not really. Turns out, forever is exhausting.
