Paul McCartney is not only still alive but also still actively making music and touring. He's like the Energizer Bunny of rock music - he just keeps going and going and going. With a career spanning over six decades, he's had an incredible impact on the music industry, and his legendary status is well-deserved.
In fact, McCartney has been named one of the most successful composers and performers of all time, with over 700 million records sold worldwide. That's a lot of vinyl! He's also a dedicated philanthropist, supporting various causes like animal rights and environmental issues. Who knew being a rockstar could be so noble?
