Let’s make this personal. Picture your own “death” moment—maybe it’s quitting a soul-crushing job, ending a toxic friendship, or hitting rock bottom after a move. Now picture your resurrection. It’s coming. And it might arrive with a sword in hand, or just a cup of coffee and a new plan. The point is: you get to write the script.
Go ahead, channel your inner Lord Commander. Stand up a little straighter. You’ve already survived everything life has thrown at you so far. That’s not just lucky—that’s legendary. And if you need a laugh, just remember: Jon Snow didn’t come back because he knew the right words. He came back because people refused to let him stay dead. Be that person for someone else. Be your own Melisandre. Make the magic happen.
Now, go rewatch that episode. Or better yet, start writing your own epic. The night is long, but you’re just getting started. And when you ask yourself, “When does Jon Snow come back?” you already know the answer: Right when you need him most. And maybe, just maybe, that’s you too.
