The Ancient Egyptian social hierarchy was all about status and power. At the top, you had the pharaohs and nobles, who lived lives of luxury and excess. Then, there were the middle class, who were basically the backbone of society. And, at the bottom, the slaves and laborers, who did all the heavy lifting (literally!).
And, can you believe, women in Ancient Egypt had some serious rights and privileges? They could own property, participate in trade, and even become priestesses! Talk about girl power, right?
