Spring water comes from actual springs, full of minerals and occasional volcanic vibes. Vapour distilled water says, “Nah, I’ll make my own spring, thanks.” It’s like the difference between hiking up a mountain for crystal-clear water and pressing a button on your countertop distiller while wearing pajamas.
Spring water has character. Vapour distilled water has a PhD in sterility. One tastes like a river, the other tastes like a clean white wall. Both are fine, but you wouldn’t write poetry about the wall.
