Care home food usually gets a bad rap. Mushy peas and lumpy custard, right? Wrong. Wrong with a capital W. Warrengate’s kitchen is legitimately good.
Menus change daily. There’s roasts, fresh fish, and desserts that look like they belong in a bakery window. I’m not saying I’d visit just for the sticky toffee pudding… but I’m also not not saying that.
They actually cater to dietary needs without making it a chore. Gluten-free? Vegan? No problem. It’s like having a personal chef, but with more chat about the weather.
