First, grab your phone and open the Uber app. Make sure you’re logged into the account you actually use—the one you swore you’d use for “just one ride” last weekend. Don’t panic if you see your home screen first. We’re just getting started.
Tap on the menu icon in the top-left corner (those three little horizontal lines). It’s your portal to everything Uber-related, from trip history to that one time you left a phone charger in a car. Think of it as your personal travel dashboard.
Where the Magic Happens
Scroll down until you see your profile picture and your name. Right below it, in arguably the most important real estate in the app, you’ll find your rating. It’s usually a small number out of 5.00, next to a little star icon.
If you don’t see it immediately, tap on your profile name. This opens your full profile page, where your rating lives in glorious, judgmental detail. It’s like looking at your report card, but for being a good passenger.
