Tiny, beautiful, and deadly. It’s the size of a golf ball. When threatened, glowing blue rings appear all over its body. It looks like a glowing toy. Do not touch it.
Its venom is a tetrodotoxin. It paralyzes your entire body. Your lungs stop working. But you stay conscious the whole time. You can hear the paramedics. You just can’t move.
There is no antivenom. Only life support until the venom wears off. So that cute little octopus is basically a murder button wrapped in blue lights.
