Now, the real fun begins with sponsorships. Rybakina is backed by giants like Yonex (the racket company that makes you look cool even if you’re terrible), Nike, and Red Bull. That last one is particularly funny, because Red Bull gives you wings, but Rybakina just smashes them into the net post. These deals are where the "eat your heart out, middle-class budget" money really lives.
Estimates suggest her annual endorsement income is around $5 million. To put that in your terms: that’s like getting paid to wear a specific brand of jeans while you’re working from home. Imagine if you got a free car just for drinking a certain soda during your Zoom call. She’s living that life, and we’re just here arguing over whether we should buy the name-brand ketchup.

The "How She Spends It" Anecdote
You might think she drives a Lamborghini and bathes in champagne, but the reality is probably funnier. Tennis pros are notorious for being cheap in weird ways. They will fly private to a tournament but still use a hotel’s free breakfast buffet like it’s a competitive eating contest. Rybakina, who is famously reserved, probably spends her money on practical things like a good mattress, a reliable van for her dog (yes, she has a dog), and a top-tier espresso machine.
And let’s not forget the travel costs. Flying around the world 40 weeks a year isn’t cheap. That’s like paying for a cross-country road trip every single month, except your luggage is full of sweaty socks and you can’t eat gas station nachos because you have to stay fit. So her "net worth" includes a massive pile of cash, but also a massive pile of airline miles she’ll never use for a vacation.
