Size your system for peak flow, not average flow. Manufacturing loves to fluctuate: you run three shifts one week, one shift the next. Your DI system needs to handle the worst day, not the best.
Also, never forget your water quality meter. You’d be shocked how many expensive dies get ruined because someone “guessed” the water was pure. Buy a conductivity controller. Yes, it’s boring. So is a production halt.
