Now you need to cite that website inside your paper. The in-text citation usually has the author’s last name, but since there’s no author, you use the first word of the title (in quotes). This helps your reader find it on the Works Cited page.
For example, if you’re quoting the banana bread article, you’d write: The recipe claims it’s “the fluffiest loaf you’ll ever bake” (“Best Banana”). Notice I used just “Best Banana”—the first two words of the title. Keep it short and sweet. No page numbers needed for most online sources, either. How refreshing, right?
