The main reason for a bag policy is to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue, which makes total sense, right? You wouldn't want someone to bring in something that could harm others or disrupt the event. It's like trying to sneak a picnic basket into a theme park - not gonna happen!
Think about it, a bag policy is like a security checkpoint at the airport, but instead of worrying about liquids and laptops, it's about keeping the peace at the concert. The venue wants to make sure everyone has a blast without any, ahem, baggage.
Now, you might be wondering, what's allowed and what's not? The Distro Music Hall website has all the deets, but basically, small bags and purses are okay, while larger backpacks and bags are a no-go. It's like trying to fit into a tiny car - if it's too big, it's not gonna make the cut!
