Is “The Rookie” on Paramount Plus? Yes, in the U.S. And it’s a perfect excuse to stay in on a Friday night. Is it high art? No. Is it fun? Absolutely. Sometimes you just need a show where the good guys win, the bad guys get caught, and Nathan Fillion delivers a cheesy one-liner.
So grab some popcorn, settle into your couch, and hit play. Just don’t blame me if you suddenly start using phrases like “boot” and “roll call” in casual conversation. You’ve been warned.
