Let’s talk science without sounding like a textbook. Frozen meat is perfectly safe to cook as long as you get it to the right internal temperature. That’s 145°F for beef and pork, 165°F for poultry. A meat thermometer is your truth-teller.
The only real “no-go” is slow-cooking a massive frozen roast. If you throw a block of frozen chuck into a slow cooker, it’ll spend hours in the “danger zone” between 40°F and 140°F. That’s a party invitation for bacteria. Don’t host that party.
