During activation, you’ll have an option to “Transfer Number.” You’ll need your old account info: your previous carrier’s account number and a temporary PIN. Find that info beforehand, or you’ll be digging through emails from 2017. Enter it carefully—one typo and you’ll be dialing strangers.
