You’ve got bills to pay and Netflix to watch. Making iced coffee from hot coffee is like taking a shortcut through a field of flowers—it’s faster and just as beautiful.
In fact, the first iced coffee was probably an accident. Some poor soul in 19th-century Algeria poured hot coffee over ice, yelled “Eureka!” and changed caffeine history forever. Or maybe they just didn’t want to drink lukewarm sludge. Either way, we owe them a debt of gratitude (and a cold beverage).
