Standing at the entrance of Magic Kingdom, looking down Main Street U.S.A., you feel small. That’s the point. The sheer, crafted enormity of the place is designed to humble you. It’s a lesson in perspective.
We spend so much time trying to control our small, manageable worlds. We organize our desks, schedule our meetings, and worry about the little things. But stepping into a place like Disney World reminds you that some spaces are just bigger than you, and that’s okay.
You can’t conquer it in a day. You can’t see it all in a week. And you certainly can’t control the lines or the weather. All you can do is pick a corner, find the joy there, and let the sheer, ridiculous scale of it wash over you. Maybe that’s the real magic: learning to be present in a space that never runs out of room for wonder.
