Listen, shrimp are like that friend who’s always a little dramatic. They spoil quickly. If your cooked shrimp have been sitting in the fridge for more than three days, it’s time to say goodbye. If they smell “fishy” or have a slimy film? Trash can, immediately.
Trust your nose. Fresh shrimp smell like the ocean or sweet butter. Funky shrimp smell like regret. Don’t risk a stomach ache for a leftover. You’re better than that.
Also, only reheat shrimp once. Multiple reheating cycles are a bacterial buffet. Do it once, do it right, and then devour them like the glorious little sea-curls they are.
