The truth? Carrots can slightly improve your vision if you’re deficient in vitamin A. But they won’t let you see through walls or spot your cat in the dark. Sorry.
So eat them for your health, not for superpowers. Unless you consider a happy gut and clear skin a superpower. (I do.)
