The Freestyle Libre 3 Plus App is designed to work seamlessly with the Freestyle Libre 3 glucose monitoring system. With this app, you can track your glucose levels, view your trends, and receive alerts and notifications to help you stay on top of your diabetes management. It's like having a personal diabetes assistant in your pocket!
So, what do you actually do in the app? Well, you can scan your sensor to get real-time glucose readings, view your glucose trends to see how you're doing over time, and set alerts to remind you to take action when your glucose levels are too high or too low. It's super easy to use and understand, even if you're not a tech whiz.
