You can’t just tune in for the main event. That’s rookie behavior. The undercard for this circus is going to be stacked with lunatics.
Expect a bunch of ex-UFC guys who can’t stop hugging each other, and maybe a YouTuber who’s never thrown a punch in his life. It’s a buffet of chaos.
So, the real fight time you care about? It starts hours before. Plan for a 6 PM Eastern preliminary card if it’s a big PPV. Your evening is officially toast.
How to Watch Without Losing Your Mind
First, accept that this isn’t a real boxing match. It’s a spectacle. It’s the WWE with more sweat and less scripted dialogue (probably).
Second, check your local listings. It will be on DAZN or Netflix or maybe a carrier pigeon with a live feed. Don’t wait until fight time to figure this out.
Third, set two alarms. One for the undercard, one for the main event. You’ll thank me when you don’t wake up at 3 AM realizing you missed Anthony Joshua’s entrance music.
