After marrying Bree, Orson tries to be a good husband. He even helps her hide a dead body! (Because that’s what soulmates do, right?) But soon, his guilt starts bubbling up. He begins sleepwalking and even attacks Bree in his sleep.
Then comes the blackmail. He discovers that Bree’s daughter, Danielle, was secretly seeing a married man. Orson uses this to keep Bree in line. It’s not a good look.
Things get really weird when he fakes a paralysis to avoid going to jail. He rolls around in a wheelchair, milking sympathy while Bree waits on him hand and foot. You’ll want to throw your remote at the TV.
The Affair and the Revenge
Bree eventually realizes Orson is a manipulator. She gets her revenge in the most Bree way possible: she hires a dominatrix to “torture” him. It’s petty, it’s iconic, and it’s completely hilarious.
Orson doesn’t take this well. He retaliates by having an affair with a neighborhood woman named Mona. He also becomes a kleptomaniac, stealing silverware and trinkets from neighbors’ homes.
